Heavy Duty Cooling System Cleaner (HDCSC)
Safely Remove Rust, Sludge and Scale From Engine Blocks & Cooling System
HDCSC is a liquid cleaner concentrate specially designed for removing rust, sludge and scale from radiator and engine cooling systems of Automobile, Light-Duty Service and Heavy Duty Engines. It will not adversely affect water pump seals or radiator hoses.
HDCSC is a well balanced mixture of carboxylic acid derivatives and ethoxylated surfactants. It DOES NOT CONTAIN hydrocarbon solvents, amines, silicates, phosphates, carbonates or alkaline compounds.

DIRECTIONS
1. Remove radiator pressure cap
2. Locate the drain valve and open it, drain coolant/water completely out and close drain valve.
3. Fill radiator with tap water until half its capacity.
4. Add HD CSC so that it equals 10% of total radiator capacity (24 oz. will do most cars and pickups).
5. Start the engine and add tap water until the radiator is full.
6. Let the engine run until it reaches operating temperature (176-194F) and then run for an additional 15 - 20 minutes.
7. Let engine cool down to at least 140F, insert a garden hose into the fill spout of the radiator, open the drain valve and simultaneously fill and drain the radiator until the water is clear and foam is observed.
8. Stop the engine and drain the coolant system completely.
9. Close drain valve and add antifreeze.
NOTE: Be sure the engine is cold before you start removing the radiator pressure cap.
