Aircraft Corrosion Inhibitor

AR 500 is a unique blend that reduces friction and controls corrosion on ALL metal surfaces. It eliminates moisture containing salt, dirt and air pollutants from the surface of the metal to give long-lasting protection.

This proven corrosion inhibitor was developed specifically for the Navy and Air Force MIL-C-81309-E, Amendment 3. AR 500 is also approved by the AGSE Materials Branch for use on Army Aircraft.

AR 500 can be utilized on aviation parts and surfaces to inhibit/stop all types of corrosion, including aluminum oxide, rust, dissimilar metal, etc. AR 500 penetrates, lubricates moving parts, removes moisture, and creates a thin protective barrier.
