Non-Fluoride Aluminum Cleaner & Oxide Remover

DESCRIPTION

Alumina removes grease, oil, grime and oxides on all types of aluminum and aluminum alloys. It does not contain fluorides and operates at a pH of 5.1 to 6.1. Alumina is non-toxic, non-corrosive, biodegradable and does not contain acids or alkalis. It is non-flammable and contains no petroleum solvents.

DIRECTIONS

Pre-clean item to remove oil and dirt. Rinse item and immerse item fully in ALUMINA for 5 to 30 minutes at 140º F (60ºC). Check progress periodically. Once oxide is removed, rinse item with water. When ready to dispose of spent ALUMINA, the pH than be raised to 10.0 or higher with an alkaline product causing the product to release metals.
