GT 5030 is a superior enzyme product specifically formulated to target, catalyze and facilitate the breakdown of a variety of organics commonly found in bakeries and professional kitchens such as protein, fat, oil and starch materials. If you have build-up, this is your product!

GT 5030 is composed of Portease, Lipase and Alpha-Amylase activity to effectively break down organic material while also helping to clean grease traps, drains and controlling odors. The big adavantage (besides having the cleanest facility in town) is that GT 5030 reduces BOD/COD and TSS.
